01 —Travel Strategy Session

You know roughly where you want to go. But somewhere between the first search tab and the fourteenth, the trip started feeling like a project. Too many options. Too much conflicting advice. No clear way to know what actually matters for the kind of traveler you are.
A Travel Strategy Session is a focused 45-minute conversation with a destination specialist. We cut through what you have accumulated, tell you what is worth your time and what is not, and leave you with a clear direction and the confidence to move forward.
Perhaps you are deciding between the best neighborhood to stay in Paris, wondering whether Cinque Terre is worth a day trip, or if that cupcake spot in Georgetown is worth the queue.
This is not a planning service. It is a reset.

02 — Trip Consultation
For the traveler with a vision who needs it shaped into a plan.
60 minutes + written plan · $350
You have done the research. You know which country, which region, roughly how long. What you do not have is a trip that flows — one where the pace is right, the places connect, and the experiences actually reflect how you want to travel.
A Trip Consultation takes what you have and builds it into something coherent. We spend an hour together working through your vision, then deliver a written plan within seven days: a route designed around your travel style, curated accommodation options, restaurant and experience recommendations, and the logistical clarity to book with confidence.
You will not need to start over. You will just finally have a plan worth executing.
What you get:
Pre-call questionnaire so we arrive prepared
60-minute video consultation with a Field Guide specialist
Written travel plan delivered as a PDF within seven days, including:
Day-by-day route and pacing recommendations
Up to three accommodation options per destination
Curated restaurant, experience, and cultural recommendations
Transport and logistics guidance
One round of follow-up questions by email
This service is right for you if: You have a destination and a general shape for the trip but need someone to pressure-test it, sharpen it, and put it in writing.
Please note: If you move forward with a Complete Itinerary or Full-Service Travel Planning package within 30 days, the consultation fee of $350 will be credited toward your package.
03 — Complete Itinerary Design
For the traveler who wants everything figured out before they leave.

You want to know where you are sleeping on night four, which table to request at dinner on night six, and exactly how long the drive takes on the morning of day nine. You want a trip designed from the ground up — not adapted from a template, not borrowed from a blog — built around the specific way you travel.
Complete Itinerary Design is our most detailed planning service. We take your destination, your dates, your travel style, and your interests and return a day-by-day itinerary that requires nothing of you but to show up.
Every recommendation is researched, considered, and chosen for you — not for a generalized version of a traveler like you.

In-depth intake questionnaire and optional discovery call
Full day-by-day itinerary document, including:
Detailed daily flow with timing and pacing guidance
Accommodation recommendations with booking notes
Curated dining, experiences, and cultural context for each destination
Transport logistics, transfers, and local navigation guidance
A pre-departure briefing document covering what to know before you go
Two rounds of revisions
Email support through the planning process
This service is right for you if: You want a complete, ready-to-travel itinerary and do not want to spend another hour on research.
Please note: Accommodation booking, restaurant reservations, and experience ticketing are available as add-ons upon request for all destinations. Private guided tours with a dedicated local guide and driver are currently available in Honduras only. Flight booking is not offered.

04 — Full Service Travel Planning

Some trips require more than a plan on paper. You want someone who knows the right person to call, can secure a reservation the public cannot, and will be available when something needs to change at short notice. You want a partner in the planning — not just a document.
Full Service Travel Planning is The Field Guide at its most complete. We handle the strategy, the itinerary, and the execution — researching, booking, and coordinating every element of your trip on your behalf. From accommodation and private guides to restaurant reservations, transfers, and experiences that require advance access, we take care of it all.
You make the decisions. We handle everything else.

Everything in Complete Itinerary Design, plus:
Full booking management — accommodation, transportation, experiences, and dining reservations
Access to our network of local contacts, private guides, and off-market experiences
Pre-trip briefing call and final travel documents
In-trip support: we are reachable if plans need to change
