01 — Discovery Session

A brief introductory conversation to:

  • Discuss your destination and travel goals

  • Learn about your travel style and priorities

  • Answer questions about the planning process

  • Determine whether we're the right fit to work together

No preparation required.

02 — Travel Design Consultation

60 minutes · $350

This is where the real planning begins.

Together, we'll discuss your itinerary in depth, explore possibilities for your trip, and establish the direction that will guide the final travel design.

Your consultation includes:

  • A private consultation via Zoom or Google Meet

  • Personalized recommendations based on your interests and travel goals

  • Guidance on neighborhoods, accommodations, dining, cultural experiences, and trip pacing

  • A clear planning strategy for your itinerary

Should you move forward with a custom itinerary, the full $350 consultation fee will be credited toward your itinerary package.

03 — Signature Itinerary Design

Custom · from $750

You are not interested in approximate. You want to know where you are sleeping on night four, which table to request at dinner on night six, and exactly how long the drive takes on the morning of day nine. You want a trip designed from the ground up — not adapted from a template, not borrowed from a blog — built around the specific way you travel.

Complete Itinerary Design is our most detailed planning service. We take your destination, your dates, your travel style, and your interests and return a day-by-day itinerary that requires nothing of you but to show up.

Every recommendation is researched, considered, and chosen for you — not for a generalized version of a traveler like you.

What you get:

  • In-depth intake questionnaire and optional discovery call

  • Full day-by-day itinerary document, including:

    • Detailed daily flow with timing and pacing guidance

    • Accommodation recommendations with booking notes

    • Curated dining, experiences, and cultural context for each destination

    • Transport logistics, transfers, and local navigation guidance

    • A pre-departure briefing document covering what to know before you go

  • Two rounds of revisions

  • Email support through the planning process

This service is right for you if: You want a complete, ready-to-travel itinerary and do not want to spend another hour on research.

Please note: Accommodation booking, restaurant reservations, and experience ticketing are available as add-ons upon request for all destinations. Private guided tours with a dedicated local guide and driver are currently available in Honduras only. Flight booking is not offered.

04 — Full Service Travel Planning

Some trips require more than a plan on paper. You want someone who knows the right person to call, can secure a reservation the public cannot, and will be available when something needs to change at short notice. You want a partner in the planning — not just a document.

Full Service Travel Planning is The Field Guide at its most complete. We handle the strategy, the itinerary, and the execution — researching, booking, and coordinating every element of your trip on your behalf. From accommodation and private guides to restaurant reservations, transfers, and experiences that require advance access, we take care of it all.

You make the decisions. We handle everything else.

What you get:

  • Everything in Signature Itinerary Design, plus:

  • Full booking management — accommodation, transportation, experiences, and dining reservations

  • Access to our network of local contacts, private guides, and off-market experiences

  • Pre-trip briefing call and final travel documents

  • In-trip support: we are reachable if plans need to change

  • Post-trip debrief for future travel

This service is right for you if: You have a significant trip — a milestone, an extended journey, or simply something important — and you want it handled with complete care and discretion.
