Depending on the service you choose, we can help you clarify your travel plans, design a complete day-by-day itinerary, or manage every detail of your trip from first inquiry to final day.

No. Flight booking is not a service we offer. We recommend booking flights directly through the airline or a trusted flight booking platform before or alongside your planning process with us.

Hotel and accommodation booking is available as part of our Full Service Travel Planning and as an add-on for Complete Itinerary Design, for all destinations. For Honduras private guided tours, accommodation booking is included as part of the tour package.

Our private guided tours offer exclusive access to a dedicated local guide and driver — just you and your travel companions, no shared groups. This service is currently available in Honduras only. Tours are designed around your interests and pace, and can range from single-day experiences to multi-day journeys.

Complete Itinerary Design delivers a detailed, ready-to-use day-by-day itinerary — every recommendation researched and chosen for you, with the option to add booking assistance. Full Service Travel Planning includes everything in the itinerary plus full execution: we make the reservations, coordinate the logistics, and remain available throughout your trip. Full Service is offered to a limited number of clients at a time and is available by inquiry only.

If you book a Complete Itinerary Design or Full Service Travel Planning package within 30 days of completing a Trip Consultation, the $350 consultation fee is credited toward your package total. The consultation is never wasted — it is a billable service in its own right, and the credit is our way of rewarding clients who are ready to move forward.

For a Travel Strategy Session or Trip Consultation, we can usually accommodate bookings within one to two weeks. For Complete Itinerary Design, we recommend reaching out at least six to eight weeks before your intended travel date. For Full Service Travel Planning, earlier is always better — ideally three to six months in advance for international travel.

You will receive a response within two business days. For consultations, you will be sent a short questionnaire and a link to book your session. For itinerary and full service inquiries, we will ask a few questions to understand your trip before providing a quote.

Not currently. We work best with individuals, couples, families, and small groups of up to eight.

Yes. All services are available in both English and Spanish.

Payments are processed securely online via Stripe or Paypal. For consultations and strategy sessions, payment is collected at booking. For itinerary and full service packages, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon delivery of your itinerary or at a milestone agreed upon at the start of the project.

Please refer to our Fee and Cancellation Policy for full details. In general: strategy sessions and consultations are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Itinerary and planning packages follow a milestone-based payment schedule with terms outlined in your client agreement.
